I always like seeing 6×6s. It means our deer genetics are in good shape and our deer population to carrying capacity is not to high. Found this shed April 2nd.

I was crying for colder weather all hunting season, now it came with vengeance. It was -38 yesterday but warmed up to -36 this am. I’m sure glad I got my steers off to market when I did. Couple more pics from the season.

Whitetail deer, cows, what the heck. Most of you that hunted with me heard me talk of my cows. I have 2, 1 1/2 year old steers in a 160 acre pasture that is 100% bush. It’s winter and I have to get them out of there, anyone want to go hunting???????
